Crystal Dreaming™ is a calming, drug-free, and no-touch healing experience designed to help you relax deeply and connect with your inner guidance. It gently supports emotional release, spiritual healing, and greater clarity in your life.
During a session, you enter a peaceful, expanded state of awareness — similar to deep meditation — where your body, mind, and spirit reset and realign. Energies that are no longer serving you may come forward to be released, making space for balance, insight, and healing.
Crystal Dreaming™ works with your own higher wisdom and spiritual support system. I am also certified in Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique (QHHT), developed by Dolores Cannon. By intuitively blending these approaches, I guide you through a safe and personalized healing experience tailored to your intentions.
No prior experience with meditation, hypnosis, or energy work is required.
You will lie comfortably, surrounded by a carefully placed arrangement of crystals. I guide you into a deeply relaxed state where your Crystal Dreaming™ experience naturally unfolds.

Each session is unique. Some people experience vivid inner imagery, while others simply rest in a peaceful, restorative state. Both are equally effective.
Sessions last up to 2 hours and are guided entirely at your own pace.
